Because they are baaaaad fusion lol - I haven't got time to go into detail for everything little thing so you guys are gonna have to trust me, or not as the case may be Just try it and see, if you don't fancy it no worries.

For the record, mushrooms are a 'fungus', tomatoes are part of the deadly nightshade family and their skins are hard to digest, tea contains caffeine (herbal tea is ok tho).

Smak! Drink bottled water instead

Otherwise the detox plan looks pretty good. Might look at it AFTER Christmas

Milk is fine, it's a great source of calcium and low in fat if you get semi-skimmed organic milk...organic milk is definitely the way forward if you can get it.

Oh and that whole 'Lactose Intolerance' is nonsense as most of us grow up on milk and therefore our Lactase production doesn't decrease like it would naturally into adulthood, so we are very capable of breaking down the Lactose found in milk as we're not weened off of milk like wild animals.

Put it this way, it's the reason why all the Dutch are soo tall!

Re: Detox: Feel how nature intended you to feel - Amazing!

Almonds are a great source of calcium, and guess what, they don't contain lactose

Some people are lucky that they continue to produce Lactase, but it's not because they kept drinking it whilst growing up. It's more to do with genetics (i.e. their parents and grandparents and their consumption of milk - so people who originate from colder countries where milk could more easily be stored, therefore used, are less likely to be lactose intolerant. But even that offers no guarantees).

There are three genetic variations; ON (can always produce lactase) Off (can't produce any at all) and a middle intermittent state, sometimes you can, sometimes you can't. People with the latter two are clinically classified as lactose intolerant.

As I said before, it's not pseudo science, and is far more cutting edge than what you get from the mainstream.

Re: Detox: Feel how nature intended you to feel - Amazing!

I thought the main problem with normal pasturised milk was that the process pretty much destroys everything good about milk. Obtaining raw milk from farms on the other hand is particular healthy for you.
