i hope there will be some form of transport in the game, as i found walking tuck ages in fallout3.
And see as tho New Vegas has electricity, perhaps the makers have left a segway lying around.

There's always the rapid transport on the map in Fallout 3... Just click on a location you've been at before.

Can't wait for this, just got the last mission of Op Anchorage and then Zeta and Lookout DLC to do before I'm ready.

Have I missed the date this is expected out? Need to know how long I have to finish the DLC.

On the point of carrying capacity I found that a real chore in the game of collecting junk, selling junk and storing usefull stuff at your place. But I guess towards the end you have so many caps you can afford to leave most things behind anyway.

US release date was pushed back to October.

It's rather distant on my radar right now. I still have FF13, WKC, and Resonance of Fate on my list.

Cool, that gives me time to finish the DLC! Then to fininsh God of War II before III is released in March!

I really do hope the gameplay is different, but judging from the screens, it looks just like Fallout 3 .
Ok, don't get me wrong, Fallout 3 is absolutely fantastic and is one of my favourite games of 2008. However, it began to grow a little boring after some 30-50 hours that I injected into the game. Some gameplay mechanics were a little tiresome after some time.

So I hope they can shift between mechanics, such as having a better variety, a larger variety of enemies and more excitement in its design. If New Vegas, which is a full game, is like Fallout 3, then I consider this purely DLC.

Well, it was made by the developers of Fallout 1 & 2, but using the Fallout 3 engine. I wonder how they'll change it?

After 150 hours of play on Fallout 3, I wouldn't mind going back in if there were more content, but for now I'm taking a break.

As Kaz says after a nice break I will be more than happy to enter the Fallout universe again, however, it would be nice to have some advancements and progress. Eliminating some of the gripes I had in the game such as being able to run and much more variety.

Yeah, some more added features would really up my enthusiasm. Until any announcements are made, i'll halt my excitement (for now).
